Hands down WORST experience I have ever had. First they wouldn't allow us to set up an auto pay because "we weren't on the account" then tried to get a pay off for our loan that was less than 3 weeks old was an act in congress. THEN getting a lien release was ridiculous as well. You cant call the branches because they dont have a centralized department to email to request that information for you. I get send back to the awful call center and then the call drops and I have to wait another hour to get a call back. My dealershi... read more
Had a bad first impression but everything worked out in the end.
This bank is a very good investment
Staff needs to be more informed, you go and talk to them and look at you like youre crazy when asking for paperwork. Keep sending me to call customer service and customer service tells me to come in person
