This bank is a very good investment
Staff needs to be more informed, you go and talk to them and look at you like youre crazy when asking for paperwork. Keep sending me to call customer service and customer service tells me to come in person
I won't step foot here again, I used to use it normally but because of one employee I don't want to use this bank anymore, it's crap how they hire people like that 🤦🏻♂️
Went there to close my account. They suggested I came back later or went to a different branch because a teller was on vacation and the one working was with a customer. I insisted on waiting. They kept suggesting I drive somewhere else instead. This bank gives zero value to customer service and they make it look like they are doing you a favor. The other people there were unhappy as well. Invest your money somewhere else where they value your business. Run from this bank..
