The worst bank ever Of waiting Find some other location better than this they don’t pay them enough to go faster
Out of all my banks I've had Fifth Third has been the most professional and polietest. Especially at the Oak Forest location!
If I could give it negative stars I would. Parents refinanced their house here and asked for a fixed interest rate. The banker Gloria Jaime did not make it fixed and now they have to pay hundreds in interest every month. Unprofessional, didn’t take ownership of mistakes and uncaring about their customers.
The drive thru is the slowest experience ever. They have 1 person working the inside and drive thru. Absolutely pathetic!
