Could not open a checking account online, stopped in to the Petoskey Mitchell St location twice, and was told both times the person was on lunch. Both times after 2pm! I heard the guy at the counter go ask a woman and she said no she can't do that right now. I asked why everyone is always on lunch and he said they were training. Ridiculous service. They will keep any insurance check you receive for home repairs for well over a month, even though they tell you 7-10 days. If you need the insurance money to get back into your home, you better find a different place to stay. They don't care about customers at all.
One teller, seems flummoxed; 15 min wait
Have had a loan here for 2 months and refinancing. The worst customer service I have ever had. Never again.
Always some sort of issue. I only use my account for cashing my business checks. There is ALWAYS an issue. Every single time. They hold my money for days. I think they’re about to go under. If they need my money they certainly are
