On Friday June 27 2025 fit Rent-A-Car vehicle was repossessed by the lien holder which left myself in my party stranded without a vehicle. I have yet to receive any of my personal belongings out of the vehicle and was not able to retrieve any of my valuables. I have filed a police report for the items in the vehicle which are value over $8000. Didn’t even get someone to see me at their office… had to call them in their land line. Got told they have a minimum charge of 2 days, so be careful if you just need for a weekend when you are in Houston.

Made a reservation for a sedan today, got to the location the door was locked. Call the number the person who answered the phone said the where all sold out. Even though I saw the car I had reserved in the parking lot. Glad I didn’t enter my credit card information to pay the deposit for a vehicle that showed available on-line. Gotta be careful with these small time rental car companies.
