Overall average experience at best. Waited around in the office for over 10 minutes maybe even longer, nobody there to help me. Price for rental was actually fair, had a few little issues once car was returned but nothing major. Customer service overall was lackluster. I came here on a recommendation from a friend so I thought it would be a better experience overall.

1 dude and a counter pretending to be a Hertz You reply a month later, ok so let me add this; NO ONE was onsite, no signage stating this nothing. Check your miriad of cameras as I sat there ringing the bell and calling the number for 15 minutes. Finally someone answered(from thier cell phone), "oh I am over an hour away from coming back to the counter". So 0 dudes pretending to be a Hertz.
