Don't file your tax return with them. Go to H&R out somewhere well known. File my 2019 with the guy Mario and apparently it was filled wrong. My status and dependent wasnt right. They claim to listen to you as they ask question however they don't. His attitude was horrible also. He said he would explain the changes and requirement for your return but he was to busy boasting his ego. Please to one person to another avoid this place. Even if you think you had a nice visit what they sneakily do behind your back will get you.
i went to do my taxes , and i found out that MARIO took more than $600 out my taxes , when he directly said he was only taking $140 , and when I called he said he accidentally mixed me up someone else , do not go to this man services , he takes extra money for nothing . i will never return .
These people are extremely slow , too many desk clerks not enough tax preparers, alot of useless chatter and common sense could speed up the process! Getting your taxes done should not be an all day!
I've been coming here for years. I believe I've been coming here for 21 years. I never had a bad experience and most importantly they always treated me with respect. Respect and integrity play key roles for a business. Also the foundation building relations with a customer. That is why I keep coming back to them every year. I have seen many faces working there throughout the years. New and some very shy but nevertheless always treated me with respect.
The most atrocious “business owner” around. Viciously crooked and arrogantly unprofessional. Worked here 2 months and seen first hand how he promises the world and very high pay rate to his employees just to hit them with the complete opposite. He overworks and mistreats/disrespects them in front of clients. I speak the raw truth not for any benefit to myself but to make everyone aware of the atrocities that occur within this place. 12+ hour days, 0 breaks, no days off, and laughable pay rate.
