Company was bought out by Pivotal payment systems out of Canada. Dont use fifth manhattan for cc processing there are a bunch of hidden fees
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I was lied to repeatedly by their sales staff to make their service seem like we would save money. After getting signed up their rates were much higher then was was discussed and signed on. They have no regard for doing whats right or honest. There are better companies out there to give your money to.
Spam phone calls, unscrupulous, pushy business practices, very dodgy about what they want from you. Insists they aren't trying to sell you anything, but then keep pestering you about a "free analysis of your merchant account." Rude and pushy when I say I am not interested. LIES and says the owner is expecting their call when he actually wasn't. Will say anything to waste a business owner's time and try to harass them into merchant account shenanigans that ain't nobody got time for. AVOID!
