I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rufa, one of the best audiologists in NYC. The office is immaculate and modern, and the staff was kind and professional. Dr. Yakubov gave me a very detailed hearing evaluation, offered a wide range of hearing aid styles, and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. I was able to demo the hearing aids in-office, and I was honestly overwhelmed—it was the best I’ve heard in years. Her expertise and warmth are unmatched. Highly recommend!
