At first I thought Eric Weitzel was pretty decent but then I only got communication from his assistant whom couldn't seem to remember anything I had said. Then at my final court date where I had to be present, his assistant called me while in the court room to tell me that he'd be on Zoom. This was unprofessional and definitely not what was expected or desired. They were telling me things to do to help my case, and I did all of them but it didn't help and he didn't really fight for me either. Very disappointed in his service... read more
I hired this firm, they charged me $3500! COMPLETE RIP OFF!! THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WHEN THEY GUARANTEED THIS AND THAT... They're ripping people off!! DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM
Used fifer years ago, an he was great. Returned to have them represent my mother in law, and we got Eric. Was told he was going to get her out before thanksgiving. we signed over 1,500$ bond, plus paying 1,500$. Now we are told he can’t do anything about it till her next court date in December, so she will now miss thanksgiving and 2 birthdays. UPDATE : Still didn’t do exactly what he said, but he did get her out before Christmas.
Jonathan Leachman is the best lawyer I've had get straight to the point and understands what you are going through in family court I'm thankful for him my baby girl is home for Christmas so thankful God bless him and his family
