Customer service for this company if very poor. I placed an order on May of 2016. I did not receive my items. I called and finally received a package but it none of the items were mine. It was someone else's order. I am disabled and could not return the package for a long time. The company could have sent me a pre-paid shipping label and had my postman pick it up from my house but did not. I finally got to the post office and spent $12.05 shipping to return the package. I have a friend who lives in Australia. She purchased $400 worth of yarn over seven months ago. She did receive some that was what she ordered, some she never ordered. Her total order was not processed and she never received a refund check. She is trying to contact the company but to no avail. I have also tried, the website phone number rang busy all the time and the outlet brick and mortar store phone is not in use. I would give them a zero if I could. Buyer beware!!!
I returned an item and never received my refund. Do not answer their phone. Can not reach them.
