Got overcharged, was told it was because I had signed up for the auto pay then tried to gaslight me into thinking that this was normal, I paid the same thing for a year and a half on the same days then outta nowhere I’m paying 60$ more cause “I” made a earlier payment.
Great service! Always been willing to work with me!! Anytime anything breaks they fix it! Only thing I hate is the alarm ringing every time I start my truck. Only had an issue once with it not starting and it was a crazy storm and I don’t live in Lubbock but Amarillo. If your Ina pinch and need a car there is no place better in the Texas Panhandle that I have found
It make no sense the alarm on your car is always on and your payment ain't even due yet or car won't start either. I wouldn't refer anyone to get a car with this company. And they have an excuse every time you call about it. Our system this and that we having issues and some customers are complaining as well. . So you telling me every week is your system turning off our cars. How you feel if you at the grocery store or picking up your kids from school and your car doesn't come on. SMH ridiculous.
