It never fails that every time they get a full payment they turn my car off. But when my payment is late or they get a partial payment my car stays on. I'm so sick of this place. Car turned off on a Sunday and me and my 9 yr old are stuck in the cold. Do better&train your team better.

While I am grateful they were willing to work with me when in a tough spot, some of their business practices are ridiculous. I called and changed when my payday was. Apparently they failed to update this and 8 hours after my payment would have been due they started calling and texting almost hourly. On a Saturday. Please don't do business with these people. Save yourself and your money
Crooks! Over 14% interest rates for their vehicles. The collateral and collision coverage requirement, when leasing to own a car through them is WORTHLESS! They DO NOT work with you if you end up in an accident that you aren't at fault for. They will still attempt to take whatever you owe them and take you to court regardless of a totaled vehicle.
