Do not waste your time trying to get ahold of Jeanette. I used her for 5+ years with two separate cases. No issues. However she is very VERY horrible at communicating the process and like pulling teeth trying to get her to answer. After you pay her it is on HER time when things get done, if they even get done at all. I recently had a child custody case she handled the paperwork for in FEB 2025.
