My family and I had an emergent need for my father to move into an assisted living facility. Laura Fanning - Community Relations Director, Tabatha Paez - Director of Nursing, and Karen Garland - Executive Director at Field Stone were absolutely amazing in every way during the transition, as well as during the “settling in” phase at Field Stone. Our family recently moved our mom into memory care at Fieldstone, and we're very grateful for the experience so far. We toured many communities in Chester County and even into Delaware, but Fieldstone stood out for its apartments, caring staff, and the large secured patio where mom enjoys spending time.
