I saw Jessica for a 90 minute massage and it was wonderful! She gave me a bolster to help with my lower back pain (the first time anyone has ever done that) and the inclusion of red light therapy was so cozy and relaxing. She’s very easy to talk to. I can’t wait for my next one!
Jessica was such a great teacher for my Reiki Level 1 & 2 certification. She was very communicative and answered any and all questions, allowing for an educational and personable course. We had the opportunity to be 1:1 teaching environment, which I appreciated because the course was effective, meaningful, and engaging. Cannot say enough great things!! I am excited to learn more about Reiki and practice my new skills I learned from Jessica and her course.
My body and mind = soooo happy right now! Jessica at Fields of Zen is an amazing massage therapist. Positive energy and vibes and excellent service, means I am one happy lady! Her space is relaxing and the vibe is on point. DEFINITELY treating myself to this once a month. Body and mind therapy is essential for me! 🧘♀️
I received a massage from Jessica and was delighted by the experience. She asked me about areas of concern and whether I had interests in certain techniques. I asked her to do whatever she thought suited me and the results were spot on. My legs and feet felt good for days after the massage. I will be back for certain. It was easy to book my appointment and her space has a great energy - calm, serene. Do yourself some good and book a massage with Jessica today!
I attended a yoga/sound bath event yesterday that was hosted by Willow Tree Soul Wellness and Fields of Zen. I left feeling calm, refreshed, and eager to attend again! Jessica treated us to a relaxing sound bath experience and overall had a very kind and welcoming presence. Definitely want to see her again for a class or other service!
