Avoid this provider. This was the worst business interaction I’ve ever experienced. They agreed to a late-evening service, accepted full payment upfront, and then showed up outside the agreed-upon time window. After that, they complained about the very schedule they had approved, stopped responding to all communication, and refused to complete the service. I never received a service report, a refund, or any explanation — they simply disappeared. Highly unprofessional.
Shaun went above and beyond and constantly kept me updated. Easy to talk too and very understanding. I would definitely recommend him/Fields legal services. Great job.
