I hired this company to serve an order of protection. They did not submit the affidavit to the court. So when I called the police because the offender was contacting me. The order of protection appeared as unserved. I called the company 20 times and left messages. No answer. No call back.

I had a great experience with this process server. Service was extremely quick and efficient. Tramaine kept me updated throughout the entire process and even handled filing the paperwork with the court, which was a huge relief. Very professional and reliable—highly recommend.

Avoid this provider. This was the worst business interaction I’ve ever experienced. They agreed to a late-evening service, accepted full payment upfront, and then showed up outside the agreed-upon time window. After that, they complained about the very schedule they had approved, stopped responding to all communication, and refused to complete the service. I never received a service report, a refund, or any explanation — they simply disappeared. Highly unprofessional.
