My team started using this software when we started the business, and honestly it did the job pretty decently for what we needed. The real problem came when I tried to cancel. My subscription was about $220 a month, and when I called to cancel in mid June, I was told that there was only one person in the entire company who could cancel the account, and they would not be available until after they got a chance to charge me again.
