CAUTION IF YOU HAVE ELDERLY 80+ FAMILY MEMBERS THAT MAY HAVE MAJOR ASSETS/MONEY!!! Before you know it they will have changed Wills, Directives, and Enduring Powers of Attorney from family to themselves. Yup, totally against all Code of Ethics however, this is sadly a true story.
If you want a lawyer who doesn’t follow through or get back to you. Along with appearing sexist due to only talking to youngest male of the family. Family member now gone three years, two years nearly three years working with him. Very upset and disappointed.
Sale of home went through no problem but inconsistencies after the fact were not followed up. Never returned pn calls.
We had a great experience with Jonathan Sims. He answered all of our questions with great deal and was helpful all the way through selling our home.
