Took over 40 minutes to not sell me a permit because the machine was down after sending me around the store. If you love waiting in lines let me tell you this is your shop. Will never return. Many people in line also frustrated and left angry. Nov 15 2025
Plenty of stock, but it is a little pricey. Customer service for us was good, but we did overheat some employee talking negatively about a customer to another employee.
I have been a customer for years at sportsman’s warehouse. Buying firearms clothing, and I would have to say I have not yet had one bad experience at sportsman. Yes they get a little busy. You just have to have some patience especially the world we live in today. Sportsman’s warehouse will always be one of my favorite stores to shop at.
It’s harder and harder to bring myself to spend money here. If it’s not standing inline in the firearm section and watching three employees show each other guns in the glass case while there’s 5 people standing in line waiting to be helped, then it’s three 16 year olds working the front counter, that after I complete my purchase of 6 packable items, tell me I’m asking a lot when I said can I have a bag.
