Bought gun safe. One on display was damaged. Told me to order one online it will Be sent to store. Called me next day said they had one on the floor. Told them that one is damaged. This is a review of the Henrietta store near Rochester, NY. It is great having this store in the Rochester area. They sell many products that most sporting goods stores don't sell. But, they need to hire more people. I don't know if they are struggling financially (which would be no surprise in this despicable economy), but you have to wait a long time for assistance.
