great stuff to chose from
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had trying to return something. Bert is a manager and had no idea what he is doing and literally taking more then what he should be off of my return from my father's Christmas gift. Like my mother just passed away and she usually does the shopping and now this............ I literally could run circles around these people with customer service skills. Horrible and I will be calling corporate smh!!!!
This is a review of the Henrietta store near Rochester, NY. It is great having this store in the Rochester area. They sell many products that most sporting goods stores don't sell. But, they need to hire more people. I don't know if they are struggling financially (which would be no surprise in this despicable economy), but you have to wait a long time for assistance.
