Just wanted to say a huge thank you, which is really not enough, for the care and love you give my mum she could not be looked after any better and I really appreciate all the care you give her. My dad has been in the home for 2 5 years ...I was nervous at first and I wasn't very very keen on the home and I identified lots of issues ..in the last year the home has improved so so much ..a new manager in place ..and the whole atmosphere has changed When I now go in I feel happy leaving my dad ... Lots of games and he residents..they even took my dad and group to the sea side ..treating them to chips and ice cream at no extra cost..Sam is brilliant with the residents and keeps us I formed The staff now go above and bey... read more
