My mom is here and I can't fault the care she has , she is very disabled and bed ridden , but she is so happy very clean so is the home and the staff are really lovely.

My father was sent there from hereford general hospital,the two weeks he was there he was put in other residents clothes,given chips with every meal, several unidentified marks on his body. He had a fall and was taken back into hospital in just a pad and nothing else. They said he had undressed himself but my father has tremors and is unable to undo buttons and in the last 18 months has never once tried to undress himself.
