These people will only take your case if you’re a cis woman. They represented a cis woman with exactly the same case as mine and did not take my case as I was not born a woman and identify as a woman. Horrible LGBT discrimination and sex discrimination. Shame on you. You claim to be a woman owned business act like it. Do better.
Do not hire Fiedler Law Firm. They are totally useless and ridiculously expensive - you'll end up losing your case in court and regretting every penny spent. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere! 1 star.
So crazy: two weeks ago I realized that my teaching at OPS, 1993 - 1998, they never--OPS and OEA--acknowledged that I was TBI. This after telling them, end of year one: "The reason I have trouble with organizing is that I fell 3 stories as a union ironworker." One woman said, "I'm sorry to hear that, Ron."
