Gayle Fiddler is a disgrace to the legal profession. This case has been going on for almost 2 years. She gave her client legal advice to remove a child from one state to another. This resulted in her client being found guilty of contempt of court on both the punitive and remedial side. Her client has to make up parenting time in addition to paying opposing counsels legal bills in the tune of $20,000. She also is attempting to appeal this decision over 70 days past the legal limit.
