I recently had the pleasure of going through a BTL re-mortgage using Fidenti as my broker. Big thanks to James, Ruby & Becky for their work on this. They were friendly, efficient & very helpful with any queries. Due to some issues at land registry there were delays in the mortgage and that's where having a good broker was key in talking to the lender to get across my side and gain the necessary extensions'. I would definitely use them again & happily recommend them to others too.
