really good This is a small community bank so you are always called on by name and the tellers are very friendly. I love having my accounts here, I know my money is safe and they don't have many fees. The only bad thing is they do not offer free checking.
Loan Department I have worked with Nancy in the Loan Department of Fidelity Savings for my mortgage and home equity loan. She is wonderful! Nancy is the most helpful person that I have ever worked with for a loan.
