This review is only about the employee at the front desk. Extremely rude, basically ignores you when you walk in. I have never seen anyone in any industry with less charm or care for the people they interact with. She was extremely dry and nasty to deal with. She made the entire experience sour. Even directly addressing her , she makes you feel invisible. So unprofessional and makes you think twice about using this company just from how awful she is.
