Investors beware. Our experience with this title company was genuinely awful from start to finish. Their lack of communication repeatedly delayed the process, and they were consistently rude and unprofessional. Instead of working with us, it felt like they were actively trying to derail the deal. We provided clear, written instructions multiple times, even forwarding past emails to eliminate any confusion. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this title company was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. From start to finish, their team was rude, dismissive, and incredibly difficult to work with. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to them, and any questions I asked were met with attitude instead of guidance. The local Fidelity National Title company by far is 2nd to none. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and keeps the customer informed every step of the process. My transaction closed exactly when they stated it would. The experience was excellent.
