To take it one stop we further, Nikki was our contact person and she suggested multiple times to just have our bank wire them money, being out of the states out bank won’t do that to protect from fraud. She called us and blamed her accounting department and said she yelled at 5 people about it. OUR agent ended up taking care of it on her end by adding an addendum to extend the closing. Nikki then emailed our agent(which I haves copy of) and said she was going to refund our closing cost and any fees we might of accrued. We ha... read more

Horrid horrid. We sold our home an purchased land out of the funds we got from home. They at closing FORGOT to transfer funds to the new land an we were out of town! Was a MESS. we were out of state worried we'd lost land. We had to put extention on closing date of land hoping seller would except. We were panicking on vacation. Fidelity said due to inconvenience they would refund closing cost an wire fee. THAT WAS A JOKE. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

Working with the office of fidelity national title in sheffield lake was efficient and easy. All paper work was streamlined and they were excellent!
