Pierre Cabell, was the title agent listed on the closing documents, but never once did he call, text, or email. He did not give us any help, at all, never heard his voice, not an email,, saying hi I'm Pierre, I will be helping you with this. I was never given anyone to go over the closing docs. When I called, the phone rang many times, only to go to Voice-mail, which I left 3 times, after 3 days still no reply. I had to call my finance company ( who used this company) who got a live person at the title, she put us on a 3 way... read more
