The crew that did the delivery was great, they unloaded everything pretty quick and were very polite and professional, no issues with them. I was informed that when we finished unpacking to call and schedule a debris pickup. I've done that and been told to expect a pickup twice with no call or show then told I'd get a call when a crew is in the area for pickup with no certainty on a date.

The crew took great care in wrapping our furniture & household items. They were very careful carrying items into the house so no walls or woodwork scraped. Very polite and hardworking, enjoyed meeting them. No one was distracted by being on cell phones! We've made 8+ moves over the years and this company and crew are tops!!

Fidelity handled our HHG for our upcoming military move. Hands down the best moving experience we’ve had in the past three moves. I recommend going with Fidelity.

We had our HHG shipment come on a Wednesday, they showed up right on time and they started working right away. There was about 8 men helping! Everyone was respectful and worked hard the whole time. They made it look easy! Thanks yall!
