This is an excellent branch office with a full team of professionals, very smart, savvy, and attentive to their customers. The Fidelity platform and services are a great investment strategy with lots of tools and resources available, much of which can all be done online or via phone, but it's great to have a welcoming and accessible local office to meet in-person!

called to make an appointment to sit down and go over investment allocation and to discuss options. I first called the national customer service phone number representative said they would contact the local store and have them call to set up appointment, a week later I still waiting. I called that store and after 40 minutes holding I hung up. This was a store that I called not a national customer service number. And now I am calling the national customer service phone number again and have now been on hold for another 25 min... read more
