I feel like the Towson location has a great team and they're always eager to help. I love the transparency of Fidelity and the ease of use. Highly recommend them!
I have had an FSA/HSA account for over 15 years and I would venture to say closer to 25 years and put in the maximum amount. I have always been a huge proponent of these accounts and recommended them to coworkers. However, in the last 1.5 - 3 years, this account with Fidelity is absolutely the WORST service I have received. This account is supposed to make my life easier and it does anything but. I unfortunately had a very negative experience with Fidelity. It stemmed from a minor communication issue that could’ve been easily and amicably resolved, yet they chose to go the other way with it. While it’s a shame, sometimes it’s the small things that are very insightful into a business. Fidelity has some strong performing funds available for purchase through any brokerage platform. This is what happens to my dad, be careful with security there. My credit card company called me for a $39 charge in Australia within a hour but fidelity lets $88,000 be transferred out Hi Terry My dad has retirement accounts at Fidelity. Somehow his account was hacked maybe through a sophisticated operation where they called him pretending to be Fidelity.
