Amazing location!!! They validate parking, have complimentary coffee and water, and the service was outstanding. Huge thank you and I’ll be back.
In my experience, Poor customer service IF you have less than $500k in your account. Also, in my opinion they don’t treat women customers well.
My family and I have had a relationship with this Fidelity location for 20 plus years. My father was a tough man to please and he was always so happy with the services provided and more importantly, the relationships he established with his advisors. I have built on these relationships with my own investing, as have my children. I only have wonderful things to say about this location. Super nice office. I drop in once a year to drop off a check for my account and the reps are always super courteous and attentive.
