Putting in my user name and password in is incredibly unsecured just to make an appointment I even called them and got to an actual person and they said there is no way to get passed the login prompts just to speak to an agent to make an appointment and I refuse to compromise my information in that fassion I will continue to use fidelity however this issue has to be fixed

Their mobile check deposit takes more than a week to make the funds actually available to use in your account, it’s inconvenient if you were relying on being able to use that money. My second time interacting with them has also been dissatisfying. They are disorganized. They remind me very much of the phenomenon of bloated corporations that don’t have streamlined workflows.
