They suck and dropped me as a client. Do not recommend. Stay clear of them. They restricted my account after telling them why I needed the money. They could care less. The lady I spoke to was rude and grilled me. Her name is Brittany. Glad to go somewhere else that treats me with respect.

I had no idea Fidelity had a local brick and mortar. I popped in, was greeted and helped efficiently and professionally, and grabbed a snack on the way out. Thank you for your help today Fidelity.

I had my best experience at Fidelity with William Crane last week, while my last two calls, Fred tried to make mockery of my knowledge about maturity of a CD and my accent.

Update: since the pandemic has ended things have improved. Would increase to 4 stars. I have received some personal attention from advisors and appreciate the care and advice of the staff. The folks at the Lake Norman. Office have been very kind and helpful. Poor customer service. Phone maze gauntlet to get to a human. Bureaucratic contrary information from individuals and auto generated from letters. If it is this hard to manage transfers imagine what RMD’s will be like?
