Went in alone as an 18-year-old to open an account; they helped me out very quickly and effectively and treated me with complete respect.
Vance was so polite and professional. We appreciated how he took care of our paperwork in a timely manner and set up a follow up meeting to make sure all my questions are answered. So glad we found a brick & mortar Fidelity not too far from home!

They suck and dropped me as a client. Do not recommend. Stay clear of them. They restricted my account after telling them why I needed the money. They could care less. The lady I spoke to was rude and grilled me. Her name is Brittany. Glad to go somewhere else that treats me with respect.
