Updated.10/10/ 25. Another excellent experience with Fidelity. . Fidelity Investments is one of the most professional and customer focused companies I have ever done business with. This branch office in Polaris is very professional and helpful. We have never had a bad experience with fidelity and have been a long term client. Over the years we have done some business with other investment firms but no one has treated us as well as fidelity.
The team at this Fidelity location is incredibly kind and helpful. We had a complicated family financial issue to resolve and Chad was very kind in explaining our options. Jered was also helpful in getting our documents in order. Thanks again for a great experience!
