Just had a complex question on Halloween that I couldn’t figure out thru the app or find answers to online. Was very pleased with quick, direct and friendly help, right when I got in! Even offered to help me with my app. They didn’t even ask for my name - and I should have asked them theirs! Thanks to the frontline and back up people that helped me quickly and calmed my nerves! Had a technical issue with data feed not showing up on my Fidelity browser page due to an “upgrade” forced on customers. This illogical company with zero compassion refused to lift a hold on a lowsy $100, after it'd been deposited for 7 days. I was very clear I was at the Cancer Treatment Center (City of Hope now) and needed the funds to pay a medical bill so I could get my chemo treatment completed as scheduled. Absolutely zero help from Fidelity to get access to my money market funds. Minor request regardless of my brain cancer but they didn't care either way. Terrible.
