He was thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and kind - an excellent example of what Fidelity has to offer. I was very impressed and will continue to see Stephen in my years to come with this company!

I had an excellent experience with Fidelity because of the financial advisor I was assigned by Fidelity. His name is Hayden Duriavich. I talked to other investment companies about purchasing a financial product, but things did no go well at all. I will save you the details. It is because of Hayden's professionality, knowledge, and availability that I decided to put my investment money in Fidelity. Thank you Hayden.

Consumer beware: Fidelity used to be a good company, with great customer service. Not any longer. They messed up the amount of taxes withheld in one of my accounts. I contacted them via customer service and they simply stopped offering updates via their Secure Message (I was really polite in my communications). I went to their branch as they used to care for their customers, but the people that used to work there moved on elsewhere. The people that stayed are terrible and do not want to help you at all. Have been a long-term customer. Stopped in to drop off a sizeable check and open an account with a person. The poorly dressed staff member took the check for the deposit and said that "I could open the account by sitting down at a table and using the tablet." The same thing that I could have done at home. Customer service people were minimal, did not look professional, and was not professional. I had called to schedule an appointment, but the phone went into robot world and I hung up. This office is located in a very accessible area with easy parking. Very profesional group employees that helped me review and update my investment accounts.
