I have had the privilege over the past few months of working with James Croft in the Fort Lauderdale office, he is a very sharp professional..... it was an outstanding experience. I just returned from the Fidelity Investments branch in Fort Lauderdale and left completely disappointed with the service. I visited to have a document notarized and, as a long-time Fidelity client, I expected this to be a straightforward request. Instead, I was met with excuses from the moment I arrived. Despite being told by the retail center over the phone that no appointment was necessary, the branch staff insisted that I needed one.
