Today I had a very poor experience. I made an appointment through an advisor I had spoken to on the phone, he made the appointment for me, for 11am. I drive 30 minutes to get there and I'm excited to proceed. 1. I am told there is no appointment and that the advisor made an error and the administrative person blamed that person. Fidelity on Lake Avenue loves to employ workers who violate city laws and rules. No matter how many time residents in the adjacent buildings who own and rent condos-have complained to them about their Gardner’s working at 6 am when they are not allowed to start work until 8 am daily-is an example of how horrible they are to deal with. Fidelity building is surrounded by condo owners and employ workers who work at ridiculous hours causing unnecessary noise levels. So sick of this company!
