Really amazing experience and super quick. Aman Gupta helped me a lot and made the process really easy to follow
Wow! I came in right before closing to fill out a rollover form. Long story short: Griffin and Aman caught an error I had made, figured out a really smart solution to fix it, and they stayed WELL past closing time to make sure the solve went through properly. That saved me a HUGE headache redoing my rollover check as well the need to make a second trip to the branch. I hardly ever write google reviews, but Griffin and Aman really blew my socks off with how above and beyond they went. Thanks, guys!

Don't bother. Called TWICE ahead of time to confirm I didn't need an appointment and what documents I would need to bring in to get my request processed. Showed up as soon as they opened on a Friday morning, ended up taking the individual we worked with (John S.) about an hour to get through everything. He failed to have us sign a form (he had to overnight it to me, then I had to overnight it to my brother, and then back to fidelity) and didn't upload some of our legal documents.
