My brother and I brought our 92 year old mother in to obtain required signatures for my father's IRA accounts that were not held with Fidelity. I initially met with Ryan to review the two different forms that needed to be signed as my mom and brother were traveling from Iowa specifically to get the signatures. They are extremely rude after you sign up nice only to get your money. they won't listen to your requests or complaints. They ignored this customer who came in and they basically told him to walk away because they didn't want to help him. Very unprofessional rude and inconsiderate.

Wow! I came in right before closing to fill out a rollover form. Long story short: Griffin and Aman caught an error I had made, figured out a really smart solution to fix it, and they stayed WELL past closing time to make sure the solve went through properly. That saved me a HUGE headache redoing my rollover check as well the need to make a second trip to the branch. I hardly ever write google reviews, but Griffin and Aman really blew my socks off with how above and beyond they went. Thanks, guys!
