Bad company. Frequent long hold times. Customer service is appalling. Take you money and wobt even allow you on the site
My brother and I brought our 92 year old mother in to obtain required signatures for my father's IRA accounts that were not held with Fidelity. I initially met with Ryan to review the two different forms that needed to be signed as my mom and brother were traveling from Iowa specifically to get the signatures. Ryan got the forms reviewed and determined that he thought Fidelity could assist. They are extremely rude after you sign up nice only to get your money. they won't listen to your requests or complaints. They ignored this customer who came in and they basically told him to walk away because they didn't want to help him. Very unprofessional rude and inconsiderate.
Really amazing experience and super quick. Aman Gupta helped me a lot and made the process really easy to follow
