Don't bother. Called TWICE ahead of time to confirm I didn't need an appointment and what documents I would need to bring in to get my request processed. Showed up as soon as they opened on a Friday morning, ended up taking the individual we worked with (John S.) about an hour to get through everything. He failed to have us sign a form (he had to overnight it to me, then I had to overnight it to my brother, and then back to fidelity) and didn't upload some of our legal documents. No direct phone. Website awful. Loses documents. So much bureaucracy that there is no room for service. Find an independent money manager

I'm disappointed with this branch. We've had our money there for years, have a decent net worth and were downgraded from a VP level of consult to a financial planner. Recently when I wanted to change advisors, Justin Noyle, supervisor, told us that we could not have a VP level for our advisor. Supposedly their practices were all full unless we got a referral from one of their current customers. This after being a customer for many years. We have had accounts here for years and the service has been in a steady decline over the last few years. Now, dealing with my father in laws accounts after his death has been an absolute nightmare. No guidance, no follow up and they are asking us to do things that they are being paid as a financial institution to do. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere to begin with.
