I went to Dublin,CA branch office, and ask them to print my 2025 tax forms for me. A young kid by the name of Cobi Doughty did it for me. At the mean time John Israel came out and said Hello to me. When Cobi finished the paperwork and gave it to me, he told me this is the last time they will do this service to me. I am not supposed to go back and ask them to print tax forms in the future. Great place
Giving 1 star because google will not let me post the review , they get negative stars from me, Very rude and unprofessional attitude towards customers, we had been having accounts with fidelity for over 2 decades and the Indian lady at this branch literally threw paper on our face . They do not stand by what they say and change rules according to the convenience , the manager was hiding somewhere not even willing to come and help us out.
