Giving 1 star because google will not let me post the review , they get negative stars from me, Very rude and unprofessional attitude towards customers, we had been having accounts with fidelity for over 2 decades and the Indian lady at this branch literally threw paper on our face . They do not stand by what they say and change rules according to the convenience , the manager was hiding somewhere not even willing to come and help us out.
I met with John Israel and thought he was great! I came with a list of things I needed to have done with my account and he was extremely helpful and patient. One by one, he helped cross the things off my list. He also provided some good recommendations to get the most out of my money.
