I requested a check for monies in my account to pay for flooring. They don’t cut you a check but mail it to you. Then they said it would take 7 to 10 days. I told him I would pay for the option to have the check overnighted since they don’t cut checks at the branch. They didn’t even have the ability to do that Which lets me know, customer service is not a priority. They will do anything to hold your money as long as they can so they can make a few extra dollars on interest. Well it’s now been two weeks and still no check.

If you want the best service at the Sugar Land Fidelity location, you must request Alex Lee. He clearly articulates financial terms and concepts, detail oriented, efficient, and cares that your and your family future is financially sound. Ask for his services, you will be delighted!!

Met with Brianna today and she was very nice. The office was busy with customers waiting and the weather was chilly outside and close to 4 pm but Brianna didn’t rush me and helped me to do the withdrawal. I look forward to working with her long term.
