The representative virtually cancelled my appointment last minutes. What is the point of having an appointment if you are treated as walk-in and has to wait past your appointment time? The branch representative also didn't give correct information about transaction. I think I will give the Memorial branch a try next time and hope they treat customer with more respect and are more knowledgeable. The one star is for the representative courtesy and and a follow-up email.Â
Donât use their IRA managed account. In 4 y I see no benefit. All profit goes in paying their huge fees. They say that have âproprietary fundsâ but they shared that they would negotiate with China funds and Blackrock. I am sure I can do much better job doing it myself with some training. I donât trust them anymore.Â
