Met with Brianna today and she was very nice. The office was busy with customers waiting and the weather was chilly outside and close to 4 pm but Brianna didn’t rush me and helped me to do the withdrawal. I look forward to working with her long term.

The representative virtually cancelled my appointment last minutes. What is the point of having an appointment if you are treated as walk-in and has to wait past your appointment time? The branch representative also didn't give correct information about transaction. I think I will give the Memorial branch a try next time and hope they treat customer with more respect and are more knowledgeable. The one star is for the representative courtesy and and a follow-up email.

Don’t use their IRA managed account. In 4 y I see no benefit. All profit goes in paying their huge fees. They say that have “proprietary funds” but they shared that they would negotiate with China funds and Blackrock. I am sure I can do much better job doing it myself with some training. I don’t trust them anymore.
