This is a great company is you are looking for a bad customer service stories. Told to do A, do it. Nope, now you need to do B. Do b. Now you need to do what we promise is the last step. Do it, can't do it on line and will need to come in person. Long waits, duplication of efforts. Pick a different company.

Poor customer service - waited 10 minutes for someone to wait on us. Wanted to deposit check made out to me and another person. Clerk said couldn't deposit since it was made out to two people and account was only in my name. Other payee had signed check. She finally went to her mgr. to check, came back several minutes later. Said Mgr. wants to know where check is from - What? Told her sold some shares of stock. Without another word deposited check and gave me receipt. Fidelity Investments took care of all my medical needs. Great Physicians and I am happy Superpages has them categorized under Physicians.
