The referral program has no incentive. They told me this at the end.Â
Super sketchy, would never trust with dollar to these people. I knew someone who worked here a while back. He said they frequently didn't know where people's money was, just how much they had. He has a specific story of some guy calling in to check, and their manager freaking out about figuring out what it should be invested in. I've heard similar things from 4 other employees over 8 years completely unprompted, which I always found concerning.Â
I have been with Fidelity Investments since 1982. They have always been responsive and practice their fiduciary duty to their clients. I both have managed accounts and self-managed. I recommend them. They are also recommended by Clark Howard.Â
Suzanne Cole helped me with a complex issue with a 401K distribution and IRA accounts. She is very intelligent and was so caring to solve the issues with a high level of professionalism and knowledge.Â
