I've been with Fidelity for over 45 yrs. There is no need for their so called investment representatives. I spend 45 minutes filling out IPO for space x. I was looking for confirmation email the day before. They sent me an e mail I must confirm in 4 hrs. Being I was on planes and not available before 12:00am I was no longer eligible.I received no call from my rep. nor an email from him. Its apparent the rep. doesn't care about its customers. I have been a Fidelity customer for over 50 years, and have a signifanct amount of assets invested with tem. Recently, I became the executor of my mother's estate. To redeem some mutual funds she had with another brokerage, I needed a Medalion Signature Guarentee (MSG). Fidelty has the ability to provide these.
