I have been a Fidelity customer for over 50 years, and have a signifanct amount of assets invested with tem. Recently, I became the executor of my mother's estate. To redeem some mutual funds she had with another brokerage, I needed a Medalion Signature Guarentee (MSG). Fidelty has the ability to provide these. NOt about this particular branch but FIDELITY SUCKS!!!!! I do not know anything about trading and investments (my deceased husband set this up for me 20 years ago) and somebody hacked my account out of 7k. They refuse to give me my money back despite me telling them I did not authorize any of the transactions. I called every day for a week and spent hours on the phone and each time I had to reexplain my situation. THEY SUCK, SUCK, SUCK!!!! I am a widowed mother of 2 children and 7k is a lot of money to me.

Not about this particular branch but there is no way that it should take 20-25 days for a deposit to hit your checking account. On top of this there was no options for expediting this. I will be taking my investments and banking elsewhere.
