Mark Anleitner was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to break things down in a way that I understood. He was able to create a plan specifically for me!
My 80 year old dad's account was hacked. They took out $88,000. He's never taken out more than $10,000 and when he has he's always withheld taxes. But Fidelity didn't recognize a pattern where someone was allowed to take $88,000 out, way over the pattern. And he even had a cash freeze so no one can take money out of his account yet they did anyway.
