Pleased with Fidelity for the most part, but in the past year or two they've jumped on the telemarketing bandwagon with crap like this: "My name is Dylan Webb and I am reaching out to schedule a meeting with you to discuss your portfolio and discuss how Fidelity can assist you going forward." Guess the top dogs are tasking the newbies to make the cold calls to see if they can land some 1% AUMs.

My dad has retirement accounts at Fidelity. Somehow his account was hacked and they withdrew $88,000 to some personal account to some person in Florida. He’s been with Fidelity for over 25 years and has never taken out over $25,000. When he takes out money he always has fidelity withhold money and it always goes to his bank, no one else. So I don’t know why Fidelity let money go out that didn’t fit the pattern. Not good. Amanda never called me again. It's a week and no call from Amanda. My cousin is going to Fidelity this week he will see what is going on.

Would not recommend dealing with this Fidelity unless you want unsolicited calls non-stop from Marian Makri at this location. Take a hint.

I've been with Fidelity for decades, but I'm really considering moving. I tried to deposit a check with their app. It responded that there was something wrong with the endorsement (their app states you should write "For Deposit Only to Fidelity", which I had done), I tried three times so then went to the Oak Brook branch to deposit it. The lady took the check and said she'd deposited it and gave me a receipt. Later I get a call stating it could not be deposited to the account because it was made out to both my wife and I.
