I talked to 3 different investment agents on the phone to get assistance for opening a brokerage account and none of them could help me out to the end of the process! They seemed pretty stupid and incompetent and didn't understand some financial terms involved in the process. I sure wouldn't use this company if you're starting out investing and need advice and guidance!
