I've been with Fidelity for decades, but I'm really considering moving. I tried to deposit a check with their app. It responded that there was something wrong with the endorsement (their app states you should write "For Deposit Only to Fidelity", which I had done), I tried three times so then went to the Oak Brook branch to deposit it. The lady took the check and said she'd deposited it and gave me a receipt. Later I get a call stating it could not be deposited to the account because it was made out to both my wife and I. Needed advice for RMD, terrible customer service. Didn't want to talk about IRA just wanted the cash money from other banks. Stay away
