Incompetence! i have over $3m in assets with this financial institution and the morons in this office would not provide me with a simple notary! Only fidelity documents may be notarized even if the document that is not fidelity affects the fidelity accounts. nice. There is no supervision at this office either to manage the administration. This isn't the first time i had dealt with Austins incompetence either but it will be the last.Â
