My first and important investment business visit to Fidelity Investments in Burbank today. Beautiful building, validated parking, the staff's courtesy and friendliness abounded. My appointment with Luis went very well. I loved that as we said goodbye at the end of our business he said to me, matter of factly, that I have a good friend there now. That felt great. I feel like an appreciated client.
If Fidelity is the gold standard of brokerage firms and they only kept 1 location open, we should ALL hope it's this one.
