Worst service I have ever received from a financial institution. Called before arriving at this branch and was told to come in and my deposit will be taken care of. Upon arrival I was told that I needed an appointment and that all representatives were busy. After being a Fidelity customer since 1991 and after receiving nothing but courteous professional service over the phone with the 800 number I was in total shock to say the least.
