Condescending attitude from the black employee at the front desk. Iāve not had any negative experience with Fidelity (online, by phone, and at the UWS location) until now. He told me āFidelity isnāt a bankā impolitely when I asked to deposit cash. Excuse me sir you think after all this time I donāt know youāre not a bank? Lmfao I only use online services and simply forgot I canāt deposit cash but you didnāt have to be condescending.Ā
Service leaves a lot to be desired. Impossible to get a direct phone number to talk to your rep. Too many layers, red tape. Migrated most of my accounts to the competition.Ā
