No one answer their phone, I have been calling all day still no one picks up.
Condescending attitude from the black employee at the front desk. I’ve not had any negative experience with Fidelity (online, by phone, and at the UWS location) until now. He told me “Fidelity isn’t a bank” impolitely when I asked to deposit cash. Excuse me sir you think after all this time I don’t know you’re not a bank? Lmfao I only use online services and simply forgot I can’t deposit cash but you didn’t have to be condescending.
Service leaves a lot to be desired. Impossible to get a direct phone number to talk to your rep. Too many layers, red tape. Migrated most of my accounts to the competition.
