This place is the worst. My account has been assigned to them for many years. The investment advisors think they are rock stars but they are just horrible. They don't respond to phone calls or emails and offer little more than I can do on my own clicking through their website. I get they don't charge much in fees compared to "real" financial advisors so you can't expect much -- you get what you pay for, but this doesn't even meet a minimum expectation of customer service.
No one answer their phone, I have been calling all day still no one picks up.
Condescending attitude from the black employee at the front desk. I’ve not had any negative experience with Fidelity (online, by phone, and at the UWS location) until now. He told me “Fidelity isn’t a bank” impolitely when I asked to deposit cash. Excuse me sir you think after all this time I don’t know you’re not a bank? Lmfao I only use online services and simply forgot I can’t deposit cash but you didn’t have to be condescending.
