This is worst financial service I have ever experienced. I was ill during March thru June. Over the course of the last 9 months, I have lost over $500K. At what point does your advisor pick up the phone and have a conversation that you need to change your strategy given the current market conditions? It appeared their "financial advisor" was only interested in selling me an account. He did not explain the risks of investing in a ladder cd and claimed they charged no fees. Sure, if you do the trades yourself online. Broker assisted trades carry huge fees!! He was evasive whren asked how he was paid if there were "no fees". It appeared he was only interested in "signing me up", showing me the "great cd rates" and later claiming he was "acting in my best interests". By not explaining the risks. Literally the worst experience ever. No staff knowledge - had me fill out the wire form incorrectly which led to another hour hold time to clear it up. Horrible
Worst company to deal with.. they leave you on hold forever
I have had investment accounts with Fidelity. I recently have been Day Trading using some of my Core Account money to place orders. Fidelity is a very slow-moving platform. Prices are not purchased or sold at the specified limits I have set. Their online processing is the slowest I have ever encountered. I have been on hold now for over 1 hour as I am writing this review. My trade was Stopped" at $0.57 above my Stop Loss. Disgraceful service at this location. I went there to get a Trustee added to my accounts. I was treated disgracefully. I was FaceTimeing with someone on an iPad. They wouldn't let me in and I got no help. What a disgraceful and disrespectful way to treat your customers.
