A FRIEND OF ,INE DEPOSITED A CHECK INTO FIDELITY INVETMENTS THAT WAS RECEIVED AS A RESULT OF HIS DECEASD MOTHERS SURVIVOR BENEFITS. HE DEPOSTITED IT INTO FIDELITY INVESTMENTS. THE BANK STATED THAT A LOT OF MONEY CAME IN AND A LOT OF MONEY WAS GOING OUT IN ORDER TO COVER EXPENSES AND THEREFORE SHUT DOWN HIS ACCOUNT WITH THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS REMAINING IN THE ACCOUNT WHICH THEY REFUSE TO RETURN.
